Brother Garber passed away on September 10, 2009. Brother Garber passed away on September 10, 2009 at the age of 84. He initiated into the plumbing trade on February 3, 1950 at Local 55, and received his 40-year pin and award in 2006. He retired from the plumbing field in 1987. Brother Garber will be greatly missed. Services will be held Monday, September 14, 2009 at 1:00 pm at Phoenix Memorial Park, 200 W. Beardsley Rd, Phoenix, AZ.
